Each professional company driver will be assigned a Driver Manager who will balance their needs to maximize profits, driver wages and home time expectations.
- Good driving record for past 3 years
- Must be 23 years old
- Must pass drug screen
- Must have 2 years verifiable experience (Class A CDL)
- Must meet all federal motor carrier guidelines
- Average mileage pay: $.51/mile
- Empty mileage pay: $.38/mile
- Short mileage pay: up to $1.60/mile
- Additional $.05/mile for all oversize
- $250 orientation pay
- $1000 transition pay!
- Regular home time
- Paid weekly
- 10 paid holidays
- 2 weeks paid vacation -increases after first year
